God our Father, who sent Junípero Serra to the New World as the herald of your Gospel, through his intercession may we bear the light of your Gospel to others throughout our everyday lives. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
