Father of all, who are perfectly just and perfectly merciful, remember your covenant with your children, that those souls who linger in purgatory for their ­purification may be swiftly drawn to perfect ­happiness with the saints in heaven. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
