Almighty God, who give us your own flesh and blood to eat, grant that this nourishment may revive our spirits and draw our hearts ever closer to you, that we may enjoy forever the life we partake of in your holy Sacrament. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
