God, you sent your only Son to set free a world laboring under the slavery of sin and death. Through the intercession of Saint Peter Claver, inspire many with zeal to lead to freedom all those still enslaved. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen
